Your delivery timeline
Allow approximately 10–15 working days from your order date: processing followed by transit. Working days exclude weekends and holidays. Carrier delays can affect the arrival date.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the United States and European Union countries available at checkout. Standard shipping is free for all orders to supported addresses.
Follow your parcel
Once dispatched, follow your parcel with 17TRACK using your order number and email address, or your tracking number.
Track your order →Gifting and address changes
Boxes in a set and any Mystery Gift use the same delivery address. For gifts going to different addresses, place separate orders.
If an address needs correcting, email store@tennisadvent.com with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot promise a change after dispatch.

We cover all import duties and VAT on your order. If a carrier requests payment of these charges, contact us with your order number and the notice so we can resolve it.
